Hello, I'm Rozanne Pyper —and I'm so glad you're here.
My passion is helping women navigate all stages of menopause and midlife with confidence, clarity, and strength. Through a compassionate, science-based approach to nutrition, movement, mindset, and lifestyle, I guide you to feel empowered, energized, and equipped to advocate for yourself —so you can truly thrive, not just survive, through this next chapter of life.

Why I Do What I Do
Like many of you, I've personally experienced the ups and downs of menopause and life—what can often feel like a roller coaster of changes. Along the way, I've learned that we all have both the capacities and internal and external resources to create positive change, no matter where we're starting from.
I've been my own biggest client—testing, learning, and applying the same tools and strategies I now share with the women I coach. These practices have helped me reclaim my strength and energy, boost my metabolism, and support my body and hormones. Most days, I feel more like myself again—and that's exactly what I want for you.
Menopause can be challenging, however it can also be one of the most transformative and empowering seasons of your life. My goal is to help you move from where you are right now to where you want to be - to feel strong, confident, and capable every step of the way. Together, we'll focus on your goals and how you want to live, feel, and show up each day—with purpose and power.



My Background & Education
With nearly 20 years of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, I bring a deep understanding of what truly works for women in midlife.
I'm a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist with additional certifications in Menopause, Nutrition, Personal Training, and Motivation & Mindset Coaching. Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching hundreds of women and learning from some of the most respected leaders and educators in the field—and I'm profoundly grateful for every experience that's shaped my approach today.
